(tiskov\u00e9 prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed, vydan\u00e9 17. \u00fanora 2010 v Praze)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V n\u011bkolika posledn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch do\u0161lo k n\u00e1r\u016fstu z\u00e1jmu ve\u0159ejnosti o kondenza\u010dn\u00ed stopy za letadly, zkreslen\u011b interpretovan\u00e9 jako tzv. \u201echemtrails\u201c (viz nap\u0159. <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chemtrail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chemtrail<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee ji\u017e i jedna soukrom\u00e1 celoplo\u0161n\u00e1 televize v \u010cR ned\u00e1vno odvys\u00edlala neobjektivn\u00ed report\u00e1\u017e na toto t\u00e9ma, a \u017ee i n\u011bkter\u00e9 ze st\u00e1tn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f vznesly dotaz na n\u00e1zor meteorologick\u00fdch instituc\u00ed na \u201echemtrails\u201c, pova\u017eujeme za nutn\u00e9 se k tomuto t\u00e9matu vyj\u00e1d\u0159it formou tiskov\u00e9ho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed. C\u00edlem tohoto prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed nen\u00ed polemizovat se zast\u00e1nci \u201echemtrails\u201c ale poskytnout ve\u0159ejnosti a sd\u011blovac\u00edm prost\u0159edk\u016fm vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed k jev\u016fm ozna\u010dovan\u00fdm jako \u201echemtrails\u201c \u2013 kondenza\u010dn\u00edm stop\u00e1m za letadly \u2013 z \u00fast odborn\u00edk\u016f, meteorolog\u016f a fyzik\u016f. Kondenza\u010dn\u00ed stopy za letadly (anglicky <em>contrails <\/em>neboli <em>condensation trails<\/em>) jsou b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm jevem, pozorovan\u00fdm ji\u017e od po\u010d\u00e1tku leteck\u00e9ho provozu v dne\u0161n\u00edch standardn\u00edch letov\u00fdch hladin\u00e1ch, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b mezi 8 a\u017e 12 kilometry nad hladinou mo\u0159e. S r\u016fstem intenzity leteck\u00e9ho provozu roste i celkov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kondenza\u010dn\u00edch stop, a tedy i frekvence jejich pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kondenza\u010dn\u00ed stopy mohou m\u00edt velmi rozmanit\u00fd vzhled a dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch v oblasti letov\u00e9 hladiny. Je to pr\u00e1v\u011b hrub\u00e1 neznalost t\u011bchto vliv\u016f na vzhled kondenza\u010dn\u00edch stop, kter\u00e1 vede \u201eznalce chemtrails\u201c k pokus\u016fm o r\u016fzn\u00e1 alternativn\u00ed, v\u011bt\u0161inou \u201ekonspira\u010dn\u00ed\u201c a z pohledu odborn\u00edk\u016f naprosto scestn\u00e1 vysv\u011btlen\u00ed. Je s podivem, jak \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b se t\u011bmto nesmysl\u016fm da\u0159\u00ed ovliv\u0148ovat \u010d\u00e1st populace. Bohu\u017eel se zde projevuje tendence mnoh\u00fdch uv\u011b\u0159it sn\u00e1ze \u201etajemnu\u201c a nikoliv racion\u00e1ln\u00edmu vysv\u011btlen\u00ed. Kondenza\u010dn\u00ed stopy mohou vznikat na bezobla\u010dn\u00e9m nebi jako p\u0159irozen\u00fd d\u016fsledek prom\u00edch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed chladn\u00e9ho vzduchu s hork\u00fdmi produkty spalov\u00e1n\u00ed keros\u00ednu. Chemick\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed plynn\u00fdch a pevn\u00fdch slo\u017eek t\u011bchto leteck\u00fdch emis\u00ed i jejich p\u016fsoben\u00ed na okoln\u00ed vzduch je zn\u00e1mo. Na p\u0159irozen\u00fdch i dodan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic\u00edch vznikaj\u00ed nejprve drobn\u00e9 vodn\u00ed kapky, kter\u00e9 rychle mrznou na ledov\u00e9 krystalky vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00edc\u00ed kondenza\u010dn\u00ed stopu. Na vzhled a dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed kondenza\u010dn\u00edch stop maj\u00ed vliv p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vlhkost a teplota okoln\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Pokud je okoln\u00ed vzduch p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 such\u00fd nebo tepl\u00fd, kondenza\u010dn\u00ed stopa nevznikne nebo miz\u00ed kr\u00e1tce po pr\u016fletu letadla. Pokud naopak okoln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed obsahuje dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ry, p\u016fvodn\u011b drobn\u00e9 ledov\u00e9 krystalky d\u00e1le rostou, a t\u00edm stopu je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce zviditel\u0148uj\u00ed. O dal\u0161\u00edm vzhledu stopy rozhoduj\u00ed i vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed pohyby vzduchu. Pokud se v m\u00edst\u011b stopy vyskytuj\u00ed sestupn\u00e9 pohyby, doch\u00e1z\u00ed rychleji k jej\u00edmu rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b velk\u00e1 horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed prom\u011bnlivost vertik\u00e1ln\u00edch pohyb\u016f p\u0159i rozvln\u011bn\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9\u0159e m\u00e1 na sv\u011bdom\u00ed \u201emizen\u00ed\u201c nepravideln\u00fdch \u00fasek\u016f kondenza\u010dn\u00edch stop, podobn\u011b jako je tomu u p\u0159irozen\u00e9 obla\u010dnosti. Turbulence proud\u011bn\u00ed pak zp\u016fsobuje r\u016fzn\u00e9 deformace stop, tvorbu r\u016fzn\u00fdch vln \u010di \u201ekli\u010dek\u201c, apod. Pokud je stopa stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt proud\u011bn\u00edm vzduchu p\u0159enesena na zna\u010dn\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti. V extr\u00e9mn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se stopy mohou roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it natolik, a\u017e se zcela propoj\u00ed a vytvo\u0159\u00ed tak souvislou vrstvu p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 ledov\u00e9 oblaky \u2010 cirry. \u010casto se stopy hojn\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159i v\u00fdskytu p\u0159irozen\u00fdch cirr\u016f, od nich\u017e je pak ji\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nelze odli\u0161it. O vzhledu stopy rozhoduje i nasv\u00edcen\u00ed Sluncem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podobn\u011b jako jin\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u00e1 obla\u010dnost i kondenza\u010dn\u00ed stopa m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkdy vypadat sv\u011btle, jindy tmav\u011b, a m\u016f\u017ee rovn\u011b\u017e vrhat st\u00edny na n\u00ed\u017ee le\u017e\u00edc\u00ed \u0159\u00eddk\u00e9 vrstvy vysok\u00e9 nebo st\u0159edn\u00ed obla\u010dnosti. Jako jedn\u00edm z \u201ed\u016fkaz\u016f chemtrails\u201c, maj\u00edc\u00edch souvislost s meteorologi\u00ed, je \u010dasto argumentov\u00e1no i r\u016fzn\u00fdmi pokusy o um\u011bl\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy do po\u010das\u00ed, kter\u00e9 prob\u00edhaj\u00ed v n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech sv\u011bta. Podobn\u00e9 akce \u010di experimenty v\u0161ak vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jin\u00e9 technick\u00e9 prost\u0159edky ne\u017e civiln\u00ed dopravn\u00ed letadla a s kondenza\u010dn\u00edmi stopami za letadly je nelze v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zam\u011b\u0148ovat. Nav\u00edc oblasti, kde se tak d\u011bje, jsou mimo \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR, kter\u00e9 je pro podobn\u00e9 experimenty klimatologicky zcela nevhodn\u00e9.
